Concrete contractor for HOAs & communities
Sidewalks, walkways, pads and concrete replacement for homeowners associations and property managers, from Holly Ridge to Shallotte.
A community’s sidewalks and common areas are seen every day, and one lifted panel is a hazard for residents. We replace and build concrete in neighborhoods across New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow counties with the same care we put into a single home.
What we do for your community
Common-area sidewalks & walkways
Replacing sunken, lifted or broken sidewalk panels, plus new walkways between streets, green space and the clubhouse.
Trip-hazard removal
We saw-cut and replace only the damaged panels to remove uneven edges — no need to redo the whole run.
Pads & slabs
Concrete pads for mailbox kiosks, trash and dumpster areas, benches, entry signs and equipment.
Clubhouse & entrances
Patios, entry walkways and steps in broom or stamped finishes that match the community.
Concrete replacement
Tear-out and haul-off of failing sidewalks, parking areas or slabs, poured new on a solid base.
Homeowner projects
Patios, driveways and walkways for residents, built to the HOA’s architectural guidelines.

HOA questions
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes. We do concrete work for homeowners associations, communities and property managers across Wilmington, Leland and nearby towns, with a written, itemized quote the board can approve.
Can you replace only the damaged sidewalk panels?
Yes. We saw-cut and remove only the sunken, lifted or broken panels and pour new ones flush with the existing sidewalk, with joints in the same place.
How much does sidewalk replacement cost for a community?
Concrete sidewalks and slabs typically run $10–$16 per sq ft in the Wilmington area, depending on thickness, tear-out and access. For HOA work we give a written price after seeing the site.
I am a resident — can you help with HOA approval?
Yes. We give you a written quote with dimensions, materials, color and pattern so you can submit it to your architectural review committee before work starts.
